Returns and complaints
At Zwajomi BV, we aim to ensure that all orders are delivered carefully and correctly. If something is not as expected, please inform us as soon as possible.
Reporting damage or discrepancies
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours after delivery by email to info@zwajomi.com, preferably including clear photos.
After this period, we may no longer be able to process claims.
Returns (only upon approval)
Returns are only accepted after prior written approval from Zwajomi BV.
- Products must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging
- Special orders or custom-made products cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise
Exclusions
Due to the nature of our products (such as clay and creative materials), opened or used items cannot be returned, unless there is a proven defect or production fault.
Processing of returns
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will:
- issue a credit note, or
- provide a replacement product in consultation
Variations
Minor variations in color, texture or packaging that are inherent to the production process do not constitute valid grounds for a return.
