Cernit Sparkling Diamond Blue adds a sparkling blue effect to water, ice and galaxy details. The very fine powder can be built from a subtle sheen to a stronger effect.

Apply it to raw polymer clay with a soft brush or fingertip. It can also be mixed into epoxy resin, paint or varnish. The Diamond range creates a pronounced sparkle with fine points of light.
