Sculpey Bake & Bond and clay softeners

Sculpey Bake & Bond is an oven-bake medium for joining polymer clay components. It cures together with the clay and can be used when assembling figures, decorations and multi-part designs. Always follow the product-specific instructions for the intended application.

Sculpey Clay Softener & Thinner and Oven-Bake Clay Softener make firm or difficult-to-condition polymer clay easier to work with. Add softener in small quantities and condition the clay thoroughly before deciding whether more is required. Adding too much may make the clay sticky or excessively soft.

Gloss and satin finishes

Sculpey Gloss Glaze gives cured polymer clay a glossy finish, while Satin Glaze creates a softer satin sheen. Sculpey UV Gloss Glaze combines a transparent gloss with protection against colour changes caused by UV light.

Only apply a finish to clean and completely cooled polymer clay. Use thin layers and follow the packaging instructions for drying, layer thickness and intended use.

Color Tints and Liquid Sculpey

Sculpey Color Tints can be used to add colour and special effects to compatible Sculpey products. Adding small amounts makes it easier to control the colour intensity. When testing a new mixture, make a small sample and cure it to assess the final result.
