The Kit Finish Glass Cernit is a 2-component transparent varnish based on epoxy resin. The resin has a smooth and glossy finish without bubbles. As the name suggests, the resulting hardness and transparency give your workpiece a glassy aspect.

It is possible to color the resin with solvent-based colors such as the Darwi Glass Paints.

Even in thick layers, the Kit Finish Glass provides well leveled surfaces.


Components of the set are the following :

    1 bottle of 120 ml component A (epoxy resin)

    1 bottle of 60 ml component B (hardener)

    1 small measuring cup

    2 plastic gloves

    1 small wooden stick to prepare the mixture

    1 manual with different techniques


Drying time: 12 - 24 hours

APPLICATIONS

Applicable to wood, cardboard, metal, plaster, ceramics, stone, ...
Apply with a brush or directly from the measuring cup in which the mixture was made
Measure 2 parts of component A (resin), add 1 part of component B (hardener)
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 2 minutes, it is important that it is well mixed
Spread it evenly on the surface.
The unused mixture will thicken after 15 minutes and then it cannot be processed.
Be careful of dust during the drying time
