Mixing Ruler

Makin's Mixing Ruler measures consistent amounts of clay before colours are combined. Mixing ratios can therefore be recorded and reproduced more reliably.

The included colour chart offers a useful starting point for combining base colours. The ruler is particularly helpful for production runs, repairs and projects with several parts that need the same shade.

Use clays with a similar working consistency and blend the measured portions thoroughly. Record the ratio as soon as the desired colour is achieved.
